On December 19, 62 fully-loaded 40’ containers with barley from Kazakhstan arrived at Meishan Station in Sichuan Province. The train started from Kazakhstan on November 22, entered Chinese territory via the Khorgos Port, and went to Meishan in Sichuan Province in two batches. The whole journey lasted about 5,000 kilometers and took about 20 days. The goods will be sold all over the country after passing the inspection.
In order to ensure the safety of goods, Guiyang Feiliks joined hands with a number of organizations to cooperate in railway and logistics to achieve rapid and seamless connection of transport, inspection and transfer, effectively solved the problems of multiple transport links, high cost, long time, and difficult quality guarantee of imported grain, further opened up a convenient, efficient and stable logistics channel for imported grain, and successfully fulfilled the task of grain import business operations of the first China-Asia Freight Train of Fangchenggang Logistics Company of Beibu Gulf Port Logistics, as well as provided a stable source of raw feed materials with high protein and high nutritional value for feed mills in Sichuan.
Since August, Guiyang Feiliks has cooperated with Beibu Port Gulf Logistics to tailor-make the exclusive logistics transportation plans of “Guangzhou Nansha Port – Guangxi Qinzhou Port – Sichuan Chengxiang Station – European countries” and “Guangzhou Nansha Port – Guangxi Qinzhou Port – Sichuan Chengxiang Station – Minsk Station, Belarus” for customers by relying on the strategic opportunities of the new land-sea channel in the west and the geographical advantage of the Beibu Gulf Port radiating to the ASEAN. Through the “Two-Bay Expresses” and the new land-sea channel in the west, a total of 562 containers of cargo sources of China-Europe Freight Trains have been handled with.
Through the in-depth cooperation between Feiliks and Beibu Gulf Port Logistics, it marks the further accommodation of the new land-sea channel in the west and the big China-Asia trade channel, effectively connects the compound opening up channel of the “Belt and Road” initiative, helps Beibu Gulf Port Logistics to build a new pacesetter of opening up and cooperation with the outside world, builds a new pattern of all-round opening up, and constantly promotes the high-quality development of regional economy.
